These terms and conditions – as may be amended from time to time. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

iHotel.ge deeply respects privacy of each and every customer. Therefore we confirm that information provided by customer (private, contact and credit card information) will not be provided to any third companies except hotels that customer has booked or companies that provide tour or airport transfer service that customer has booked.

In most cases, in order to guarantee the booking of the customer hotels require credit card information. Please be notified – in demanded, credit card information of the customer might be sent to the hotel customer has booked for pre-authorization using SSL technology. Please note that sometimes hotel might pre-authorize or even charge the credit card of the customer in following the terms provided by the hotel during the reservation process.

By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel. The cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is provided on our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. If customer would like to cancel the reservation, he/she may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy.
