If your flight is delayed please contact us immediately with your hotel reservation details and we will contact the hotel on your behalf to explain your situation and amend your booking details if required,
we cannot guarantee the hotel will not charge you if inside the hotels cancellation period, however our team will do all they can to help assist you.
What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you have decided which hotel to book and made after filling appropriate data finish the booking process,
your reservation becomes pending. Your reservation is automatically sent to the hotel for confirmation.
As soon as hotel confirms your reservation, you will receive confirmation of your reservation on your email. We try our best to make this procedure as fast as possible.
How long does confirmation take?
Confirmation of your booking should usually takes from 10 minutes to 6 hours.

When booking transfer from Tbilisi International Airport to the hotel, please be advised:
-As the date of arrival, please select the date of landing at the Tbilisi International Airport.
- Driver will be waiting by the arrivals gate with the sign with names of the passengers.
- In case of any arrival delays caused by the airlines, driver will be waiting for you without any additional charge.
When booking transfer from the hotel to Tbilisi International Airport, please be advised:
- As the date of departure, please select the date of departing from the Tbilisi International Airport.
- Driver will be waiting at the lobby of your hotel 2 (two) hours prior to the take-off of the plane.
- In case of any departure delays caused by the airlines, please consider the new pickup time with the driver 5 hours prior to departure on the provided mobile phone number or contact ihotel.ge.
When booking 2-way airport transfer from or to the hotel or Tbilisi International Airport,
please check above written relevant information about each-way conditions.
Cancellation Policy
-No cancellation fee if canceled 12 hours prior to the arrival.
-In case of no-show, the total price of one way transfer will be charged.

-Clients must book their airport transfer in accordance with check in times and guidelines provided by their relevant airline.
Neither Tbilisi Transfer Company (partner of ihotel.ge for transfer services) nor any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times.
