Betsy's Hotel is a beautifully decorated boutique house overlooking the center of Tbilisi. Sixteen years of history lent a very stylish and inspirational character thanks to opening our doors many visitors from across Georgia and abroad. 	Hydromassage was not working properly (but was fixed by the staff). Balcony is not cleaned in the winter.

	Дорогая стоимость чая в пакетиках в ресторане отеля. В номерах не было электрического чайника (в описании номеров это не указано, но хотелось бы, чтобы он был).

Victoria Uzbekistan 17-08-2011	Betsy Hotel. Отличное обслуживание. Красивейшая гостиница. Изумительный вид из окна и расположение гостиницы. Читала заранее отзывы в инете - кое-где наткнулась на отзывы, что якобы в гостинице не было тапочек в номерах, шампуня и проч. На всякий случай, взяла и то и другое, НО в номере было все необходимое. Персонал следил и своевременно менял банные принадлежности. Никто из персонала не мешал, не был навязчивым. Для ощущения комфорта, минимизированно общение с персоналом вплоть до того, что в номере есть специальная карточка, на которой написано, что если вы оставите ее на кровати, мы поймем, что вам надо поменять постельные белье. Отсутствие навязчивости плюс максимум предоставления удобства и услуг. К примеру, для лабтопа попросила удлинитель, для того, чтобы работать на терассе, - тут же была выполнена просьба. В целом - прекрасные воспоминания. Будучи в Грузии еще раз, обязательно остановлюсь в том же отеле. Отдельное спасибо IHotel за предоставление информации об отеле и скидки. С уважением,	10
